| Description: | Ashland University Jazz Orchestra, with Dr. Scott Garlock as musical director, through the generosity of the Gretchen French Visiting Artist in Music Endowment, will present Maplerock Jazz Festival in the Center for the Arts. Maplerock Jazz Festival is an educational and entertainment event that features internationally recognized jazz luminaries mixing with local musicians and regional scholastic groups. Regional High and Middle Schools perform and receive clinics by guest artists in a non-competitive setting. Event is free. | |
