FOOD ITEM VENDORS may only sell pre-packaged food items prepared in a licensed facility.
A copy of that health license and a copy of your $1 million liability policy listing the Appalachian
Culture Fest as an additional insured MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THIS APPLICATION.
Traditional Arts Demonstrator Booth? Submit:
Traditional Arts Demonstrators will be juried as a crafts exhibitor and separately as a demonstrator. Demonstrator
applicants must complete the full selection process. Once juried, you’ll be notified by email or mail, of results. It is
possible that you may qualify as an exhibitor and not qualify as a demonstrator. In this case, you will be notified of your
option to pay for the booth by Jan. 8., 2010.

If you’re accepted as a demonstrator, you’re REQUIRED to educate patrons (verbally
and/or in writing) of your traditional art form(s), method(s) and purpose(s) during all of
the shows’ advertised hours.
