The 31st Annual Witan French Market is a juries/invitational show featuring artists from Ohio and surrounding states selling their original works.WITAN is pleased to announce the 31st annual French Market to be held Friday, February 22nd and Saturday, February 23rd, 2008. The French Market is a juried/invitational show featuring over 45 carefully selected artists from Ohio and surrounding states selling their original works. The Market will be held at Todaros Party Center in the Cuyahoga Valley, a beautiful suburb of Akron, OH. Every effort will be made to insure that the show is well balanced. WITAN is a self-sustaining, non-profit organization and has donated over $1M to community agencies. Spring is just around the corner and so is the WITAN French Market! This is our 30th annual French Market which features juried artisans and craftsmen from Ohio, Pennsylvania and surrounding states. We have 48 booths and over 70% are new to the market for 2007. The variety of art and crafts is truly unique to our indoor market. We have fresh baked goods, WITAN Owns flowers and a hot lunch served on premises. Lunch is served between 11 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
WITANs French Market will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Staurday. Tickets are $5.00 at the door. No strollers, please.
All proceeds from this event are returned to area charties through WITANS Community Project Grants, including Stewarts Caring Place and Victory Gallop.
Luncheon available. Raffel and Bakery. WITANs own flowers and plants.

4 slides of your work and a photo of your booth. Booth photo will not be returned.

Event/Application Rules and Regulations:
Artist must provide their own 3-sided booths, tables, chairs, drapes, and screening so that adjoining booths are not visable. Work displayed at this show must be in the categories in which the artist was juried. You cannot, for example, gain acceptance with the slides slowing decorative pottery and offer for sale ceramic jewelry. All work must be comparable to the work in your slides. All prices must be clearly marked.
