| Description: | From Hilliard 4th of July Celebration Website: Large parade at 10:00 a.m. that begins at the Franklin County Fairgrounds and proceeds down Main Street to Norwich Street to Cemetery Street through the roundabouts and ends in the school parking lot. After the parade, attendees enjoy rides, live entertainment and food. Firework show at 9:45 p.m. all at Roger Reynolds Municipal Park.
