| Description: | From Oregon Fest Website: Oregon Fest is a springtime community festival that celebrates and showcases Oregon, Ohio.
Oregon Fest has run for over 20 years consecutively and is held the third Sunday in May. It is a family-friendly 6-hour event, rain or shine with many activities under tents. Approximately 10,000 from the area attend the free event. The festival is run by an all-volunteer committee which operates under the Oregon Growth Corp. Oregon Fest is financed by sponsor donations, the sale of pop and drinks and profits from amusement rides.
Oregon Fest officially opens with the BOOM! of the Living History cannon.
