Details: Victory Park, containing a variety of vendors, opens at 4:00 PM. Parade begins at 6:00 PM. Opening Ceremonies at 7:30 PM. Concert begins at 8:00 PM on the Victory Park stage. Fireworks at 10:00 PM.
