Polar Fest, an interactive winter festival that will feature a juried art show, some of the best of Greater Clevelands food trucks, ice wine, ice carver, and family-friendly activities, indoors and out. Organized by Northcoast Promotions, Inc. in partnership with the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds.
