The Noble County Artists and Craftsmen are sponsoring the 40th annual arts and crafts show and sale on the Noble County Courthouse Square in Caldwell, Ohio. The area surrounding the Courthouse is ideal for our show. There is a well -kept lawn and a few shade trees. Sidewalks crisscross the area encouraging the public to travel to all corners. Restaurants are within walking distance. Local non-profit organizations will also be providing eats and treats.
