| Description: | From Overcast Hip Hop Fest Website: Overcast Hip-Hop Festival was founded by Juan Cosby and Grasshopper Juice Records in 2017.
The inaugural gathering will take place August 31 and September 1, 2018 at Urban Artifact in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Scribble Jam-inspired event will be two-days long spanning three stages and feature an open freestyle cypher, rap battle, and b-boy competition, as well as 30+ performances from local and national acts including headliners Blueprint and Mr. Dibbs.
