The Old West End Festival and the Art Fair Committee welcomes you to participate in the 2019 Art Fair. This years Art Fair is once again teaming up with the world-renowned Toledo Museum of Art (TMA) and will be located in the garden surrounding the Glass Pavilion. The Art Fair is part of Toledos largest outdoor neighborhood festival, which includes historic home tours, entertainment, childrens activities, a huge parade and food court.
